Delete; unnecessary. @LaundryPizza03: I would suggest also nominating the templates for scripts whose characters have Unicode code points before the CJK Unicode block (e.g. Coptic, Cyrillic, Armenian, Hebrew, Thai, Burmese); {{Contains Chinese text}} was deleted for being unnecessary in 2017, so I would expect those to be deleted for the same reason.
