  • comment, I started "Template:5TeamRR/sandbox" to see if anything is lost in a replacement. other than the optional per-row colouring, it looks like we are missing the rank column and the ability to left-align the teams. so, if we can add those two optional features to Module:Sports results, we should be able to make the replacement without anything being lost.   • delete all the "2Group" and "1Group" templates (can be easily replaced by two calls to the standard templates). keep for the others, until we have a robust solution for replacing them with Module:Sports results that doesn't remove information. in particular, Template:6TeamRR and Template:8TeamRR will be the hardest to replace. The template was brought up at WT:RS#References citing wikipedia articles where the original poster was confused as to its purpose. Masem suggested (and I agree) that this should be replaced in favor of {{cite episode}} (where used as a reference) and inlined where otherwise (very few references in general--certainly not enough potentially or actually to warrant a special template).
