Cantinflas is a producer and an actor. His four producing credits according to IMDb, do not have Wikipedia articles and are not listed in the template. The template does not even list all of his acting credits, just those distributed by Columbia Pictures. This acting template goes against WP:MOSFILM#Navigation and Wikipedia:WikiProject Actors and Filmmakers/Consensus summaries#Filmography navbox templates. Propose merging Template:Ir-Philippines government with Template:Non-free Philippines government.
