Keep Portal does not define the graphic used (default is a jigsaw puzzle piece) for the portal template, so this allows editors a way to specify a particular look for the portal box. Furthermore, I request for a new editnotice template for the Template:UEFA Euro 2012 qualification (2nd place), i.e. Template:Editnotices/Page/Template:UEFA Euro 2012 qualification (2nd place). Speedy delete. I created this and am the only contributor but it is no longer needed. I have deleted it per WP:CSD#G7 after using the code in Template:Editnotices/Page/Template:UEFA Euro 2012 qualification (2nd place) with the rules link replaced.
