Monthly instructions for sending an issue and starting the next:

Move from Wikipedia:Scripts++/Next to the issue page without a redirect, and without moving the talk page (suggested summary: Issue being sent, moving (redirect suppressed per [[WP:PMRC#9]]/[[WP:CSD#G7]]))
Move relevant discussion entries from Wikipedia talk:Scripts++ to the new talk page, so the link doesn't appear as a redlink. Include the heading:

Use Wikipedia talk:Mass message senders#MassMessage Delivery Requests to request a send if permissionless.
