Wikipedia:STiki/welcome template

This is a welcome banner for new users of the WP:STiki anti-vandalism tool.

Example uses:

• {{subst:Wikipedia:STiki/welcome template}}
• {{subst:Wikipedia:STiki/welcome template|art=Philadelphia|sig=~~~}}

Note:

• The art parameter is not required, but can be used to highlight contributions to a particular article
• The sig parameter is not required, and takes default sig=~~~~, which gives your standard signature
• The west parameter is not required but can be used if West.andrew.g is using the template. He can avoid his name appearing twice by setting the west parameter to any value. For example, {{subst:Wikipedia:STiki/welcome template|west=1}}.
