Articles concerned in this dispute World Chess Federation page after creation has been redirected to FIDE International Chess Federation page a competitor of World Chess Federation, Inc. World Chess Federation, Inc has USPTO FEDERAL REGISTERED TRADEMARK for World Chess Federation Registration yet despite World Chess Federation, Inc being only lawful party numerous editors keep overriding content and illegally redirecting to WCF competitor FIDE (International Chess Federation)
Other steps of dispute resolution that have been attempted
  • Link here to attempts at dispute resolution. Numerous attempts contcats to wikimedia staff, letters etc demanding stop trademark infringement. Every editor involved in redirection and overriding content on World Chess Federation, Inc is guilty of trademark infringement and thus more importantly censoring articles and content about the real World Chess Federation, Inc being read by the public

Issues to be mediated edit

All aspects of article content over which there is disagreement should be listed here. The filing party should define the scope under "Primary issues", which is used to frame the case; other parties to the dispute can list other issues under "Additional issues", and can contest the primary issues on case talk page.

Primary issues
  • Issue 1 Stop references to FIDE International Chess Federation being referred to as instead of International Chess Federation as World Chess Federation The 1924 articles of association refer in English to FIDE as International Chess Federation. The legit World Chess Federation has been used since 1988, and WCF has had trademark now 25 years FIDE has attempted to infringe as it has no legal status to sue or be sued and attempts a monopoly through FIDE supporters.
  • Issue 2
Additional issues (added by other parties)
  • Additional issue 1
  • Additional issue 2

Tatiana Honek (talk) 22:59, 28 April 2013 (UTC) Mediation is agreed to only to extent that World Chess Federation, Inc has by law the Federal trademark registration for World Chess Federation and that registered trademark can NOT be used in referring to any competitor FIDE (International Chess Federation.[reply]
