Issues to be mediated

edit
Primary issues (added by the filing party)
  1. The neutrality of the article has been questioned as well as the reliance of some sources in Spanish (OPI Santa Cruz, Informador Público, Taringa, Urgente24, Seprin, etc.)
  2. The article seems to infringe BLP's policies because many of the facts described there, despite sourced, are media rumours that are not confirmed yet. According to BLP's policies, this kind of information may be harmful for the living person and should be handled it with care.

Decision of the Mediation Committee

edit
  • Reject. Fails to satisfy prerequisite for mediation #4 "The parties must have first engaged in extensive discussion of the matter in dispute at the article talk page and discussion only through edit summaries will not suffice." While not explicitly stated in that prerequisite, the discussion must also be recent enough to indicate that the dispute is still in progress since a long cessation of discussion indicates that the parties to the discussion have either given up on it or have come to consensus. The discussion in this case ended seven months ago and the article has not been edited substantially in a couple of months. The filing party is free to seek to restart discussion at the article talk page. For the Mediation Committee, TransporterMan (TALK) 19:45, 30 December 2015 (UTC) (Chairperson)[reply]
