Presidential standard of South Vietnam

I've seen this Italian web page claimed Ngô Đình Diệm's standard was used until the fall of Saigon with an exception during the military junta, and Phan Khắc Sửu adopted a white flag with coat of arms until he was succeeded by Nguyễn Văn Thiệu. But on some videos I saw Thiệu was also used the white flag. So who can investigate the actual usage?
