- Not sure what the blanks are about, but I think you are aiming for something like "2 people each bought 2 buns, therefore, 2×2 = 4 buns total". "So" would also work, but is less formal, so your teacher probably wants the formal answer. StuRat (talk) 23:40, 6 September 2017 (UTC)
- Personally I think it would be more fun to write it out as: "2 people each have 2 buns, therefore, 2×2 = 4 buns total". :-) StuRat (talk) 23:43, 6 September 2017 (UTC)
