- The chap on the right looks very similar to Hara Takashi who led the Rikken Seiyūkai party in the Imperial Diet (it may be the same photograph which is used at the top of our article) and became prime minister in 1918. If so, the uniform is not military but court dress. Alansplodge (talk) 13:49, 30 September 2023 (UTC)
