Cybertron's surface

edit

I'm trying to make a scene for the TINA CHeP Raytracing Challenge of Unicron's head orbiting Cybertron, shown from the surface. I made Unicron's head, but I've been having trouble with Cyberton. I only found three pictures of it. I was hoping to make a picture of a transformer staring out of a window office from first-person view. The only window on any of them is the top of the dome on Iacon. Even if I were skilled enough to make everything that must be in the dome, I still have the problem that none of the pictures show the inside. I also can't show a picture of someone stargazing at the surface, unless I find evidence that anyone goes on the surface. None of the pictures show anyone on it, or roads anyone might use. Can anyone find a picture that would be helpful? — DanielLC 03:15, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tori Amos covers

edit

Tori Amos has done A LOT of covers. I'm looking to assemble a collection of all of them, and I need your help.

I'm already aware of the Strange Little Girls album. I've also seen List_of_Tori_Amos_B-sides, many of which are covers, but I'm not familiar enough with the songs to know if *all* of them are. I'm looking for *any* that are known -- even if you found a bootleg of a live performance on a p2p network, I want to hear about it.

Known thus far:

So my question is, do you know any more? Are *all* of her B-sides cover versions? Which ones are and aren't? I'm not exactly a music nerd, so any and all help is appreciated. 99.245.92.47 (talk) 07:10, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ooh, I can sink my teeth into this one. Let's see

I'll come back when I think of some more. AtaruMoroboshi (talk) 16:07, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Weird song

edit
  • I was watching MTV recently and I saw a list of concert dates on the screen and in the background there was a music video that started off with a guy tossing and turning in bed and then a bunch of shots of him suspended in midair in what looked liked a city. I think the name of the person or band who did that song was named Sia, because that's what it said at the top of the box that listed the concert dates. Can anyone tell me what the name of the song was?

check [Sia Furler]. I enjoyed her work with Zero 7 but I really don't like her new stuff...very odd. 12.155.80.115 (talk) 17:50, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sci Fi Movie Name

edit

The movie in question was set in Antarctica where a team of explorers discovered a crashed alien spacecraft frozen under the ice. When they thawed out one of the aliens they found it was another species that acts as a doppleganger and takes the form and abilities of whatever life form it kills (thus causing the crash of the alien spacecraft when it attacked the aliens). It took the form of a dog running from a Norwegian team who were shooting at it, at one point. Then the dog is put in the kennel where it transforms and attacks the other dogs. A memorable scene had a skull fall onto the floor, sprout legs, and scamper off. They had a test where they extracted blood and burned it. Doppleganger blood would react as if in pain. At the end two men are left, outside, both wondering if the other is human or the doppleganger. I might have confused some details with Alien (movie), which has a similar beginning, although set on another planet or moon. So, what's the mystery title ?
