user talk:oshwah#Huggle huggle is acting up even on a virtual machine, does anyone know the issue? --Thegooduser Life Begins With a Smile :) 🍁 01:20, 13 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You would probably have more luck at the Huggle talk page, but please give them more specific information than "acting up".--Shantavira|feed me 11:35, 13 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Realtek HD Audio Manager

edit

Dear users,

I am looking to install on my computer, the full version of Realtek HD Audio Manager, complete with all of the reverb effects and karaoke settings. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a working download for this item. So, how do I obtain this software? I really need it for audio editing purposes, and I am very frustrated, as I can't seem to find the blasted thing in a format that works. Either my damn Norton Antivirus has ruined things, or the download won't work altogether. I really need help to get this thing onto my PC, do you have any downloads for this wretched software? I need a copy now, for my audio editing purposes, can you please help me? Also, I would like info in layman's terms, as I can't seem to understand anything at the moment, with talk of drivers and device managers getting in my way. Could you get back to me as soon as possible on this subject? Thank you, 95.148.142.114 (talk) 22:21, 13 December 2019 (UTC).[reply]

Does following the steps on this page:

resolve the issue? --Guy Macon (talk) 20:59, 14 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Installation was successful. However, there is still an issue, because the reverb effects are missing. How do I get those back onto Realtek? I'm also missing the karaoke effect as well. Could someone help me here, please? Thank you. 95.148.142.114 (talk) 14:12, 16 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I found a recommendation[1] from a source that usually has good advice that you reboot into safe mode, run display driver uninstaller (Find it at https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ ) to remove everything related to audio or audio drivers, then install Unofficial-Realtek-UAD-generic (the drivers it installs are official, the installer is not) (Find it at https://github.com/pal1000/Realtek-UAD-generic/releases ). That source claims that after you do this and reboot, Windows update will download the Realtek Audio Console from the Microsoft Store, and that will replace the enhancements tab.
Needless to say, I haven't tried this myself because I don't have the problem you are trying to fix. I strongly advise backing up any important data and writing down any passwords you might need to recover if everything goes terribly wrong. --Guy Macon (talk) 15:39, 16 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
