How to stop synchronisation error messages in Outlook?

I have Microsoft Outlook 2007 running on Windows 7 at work. A few days ago, I tried to view a coworker's calendar to see his weekly schedule, but he hasn't given permission to synchronise his calendar. Since then, I've been getting this message every fifteen minutes or so in Outlook:

I want to stop receiving these messages. I've already removed my coworker's calendar from the calendars tab but that isn't helping. I clicked on the URL in the message but there was nothing helpful on that webpage. What can I do to get rid of these messages? JIP | Talk 09:00, 7 April 2015 (UTC)

PCI via USB

Does there exist any way via an external enclosure or something to use a Conventional PCI card via USB?

Most software that supports PCI peripheral hardware assumes that it can use memory mapped IO and physical addressing to access device data - and more importantly, special device configuration bits. Although in principle it might be possible to emplace these physical addresses in the address map in such a way that a software or hardware USB layer could intercept them, I am not aware of any commercially-available solution that does so. Any such solution would need a lot of cooperation from the CPU manufacturer, the "chipset" vendor (e.g. the platform controller hub on modern Intel systems), the operating system vendor, the low-level firmware, and the software drivers.

Furthermore, because PCI standards also specify a physical layer (e.g. the electrical signalling characteristics), if you were to replace the communication channel with a different protocol (like USB), the device would no longer comply with the very exacting PCI standards - even if the software somehow worked. Your device would be "nonconformant."

How do I delete comments on my user talk page?

I have some comments I would like to delete, not just archive. How do I go about it?Lynn Wysong (talk) 15:43, 7 April 2015 (UTC)

Right, but then it's still in the edit history, right? I though maybe OP was asking how to get the comments all the way gone. Wikipedia:Revision_deletion is I think necessary for that. SemanticMantis (talk) 18:20, 7 April 2015 (UTC)

To be clear, you can simply remove/blank most comments on your user talk page rather than archive them. However they will still be in the edit history even if not archived. (They will be in the edit history of some page when archived too.) User talk page histories are generally not deleted. User page can generally be deleted on request. On the one hand, since your question is about Wikipedia, you are correct that the Help Desk is a good place for your question. On the other hand, to answer the question about removing a comment from the talk page, you cannot remove a comment from the talk page history. There are policy and legal reasons why the history of pages, including articles and talk pages, cannot be simply removed. Deleting a comment deletes it from the page, but not from the history. SemanticMantis referred to redaction, sometimes called REVDEL for historical reasons. That is a capability for administrators (not general users) to expunge material so that it cannot be viewed in the page history except by other administrators. That isn't something that you want to request for your own edits, because that is used to remove "purely disruptive material", copyright violations, possibly libelous material, and other things that never should have been written in the first place. Basically, once you post something to Wikipedia, it will always be in the history. There are policy and legal reasons for this. Robert McClenon (talk) 18:42, 8 April 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for the info. I thought I saw instances of others totaling deleting (including the history) of comments on their user pages, but when I looked more closely, I saw that wasn't so. -unsigned comment-

Note that there's nothing wrong for request ordinary revdeletion of your own edits when appropriate, such as when you made a mistake and revealed more personal information than you intended to. Or if you revealed the information intentionally but later your more mature self realised this was a mistake. (You probably also want to request oversight/revdeletion with suppression, but in emergency cases it's usually best to ask for normal revdeletion quietly first in case the oversight takes a while.) There may also be other cases on your user pages (not talk pages) where you want revdeletion although I can't think of any off hand. Since deletion of your user pages can be done on request, you can probably get revdeletion too when it only relates to your edits provided you have a decent reason for wanting revdeletion in particular.
