  • Stunning Image, well done! I think you must goahead and nominate it. --vineeth 05:45, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Very noisy, not very sharp, and not especially encyclopaedic - a daytime photo would be more informative. This illustrates the concept of the artificial lighting...sort of. Stevage 11:39, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    • Thanks a lot for the comments... As I am a newbie here, wanted to know what is Noise in a photograph? and can it be reduced using some software? --Agods 16:41, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
      • If you look closely, you see how the colours are all speckly? Instead of pure pink, there are a range of different coloured dots. You *can* kind of reduce noise with certain software, but basically you need either a better camera (usually, a bigger one), more light, longer exposure, and/or lower ISO setting (shooting at 200 ISO rather than 1600 ISO, for instance). • Thanks Steve, The camera I used is a 4 year old Canon Powershot, shutter speed was 3.2 seconds, and the ISO was set to 50. I did take a few more of the same shots using my SLR. Will see how they look once scanned. Thanks again for the comments.--Agods 02:41, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
          • 50, how strange then. I guess noise reduction software is your only hope. :) Stevage 09:59, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
            • Thanks Arad, just saw the new image- much better and clearer, Now I only need to figure out how to do it :)--Agods 14:04, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
