I stumbled across this image a few days ago and was impressed by its technical quality and aesthetic value, especially when other comparable images are considerably inferior from a technical standpoint; I believe it meets the Featured picture criteria. Although the quality is impressive and it certainly has encyclopedic value, I'm concerned about the "wow factor". Any opinions appreciated.
