The image is very impressive, with great lighting and a nice reflection in the water. It's a beautiful image with no "distractions" - when one looks at the picture, they are really only going to notice the tower unless they think about it. The picture appears on Juche Tower, Pyongyang, North Korea, and Politics of North Korea. - Great shot, but it's too small. The minimum size is 1000 pixels (with exceptions for poor quality, but historically important photos). If you have a high enough resolution version I think that this photo could be a FP. --Pharaoh Hound 13:00, 24 June 2006 (UTC)

- You're correct. The images are the same - someone took it from someone else. I could tell so by comparing the lights that were on in the background buildings. I just ran across your peer review for the North Korea image I uploaded. I remember the copyright information being located in the authors personal section/page area, but I may be wrong as I cannot find it now! Oddly enough, another (high-quality) NK image I uploaded -with written permission from a its author- was deleted a week or so ago.
