Original - A cumulonimbus calvus from the south face of Mount Merapi. It is hanging over the city of Yogyakarta. I was approximately 2,000 feet (610 m) up at the time I took this picture.

High resolution and a very attractive shot of the cloud. The contrast between the bright sky and foggy land is striking.

Comments

I think that the top cloud is in focus more than the rest and the ratio of how much of the picture the cloud takes up compared to how much of the rest of the picture there is leaves the balance a bit off.
