Clouds Over Grand Junction, Colorado edit

Clouds Over Grand Junction, Colorado 02

Clouds Over Grand Junction, Colorado 06

I'm putting both of these images up not sure which, if either, is better. So please first of all help me decide which is the best [it may not be either of these, because I have others taken from the same day (Images 01 through 06)], and second, help me classify what type of clouds these are:

I would like to put the best of these pictures in an article, because I think they are good examples of whatever they are, but I'm not sure where to put them. The images are probably examples of either Altocumulus clouds, Cirrocumulus clouds, or Stratocumulus clouds. I believe they are altocumulus clouds, and if anyone can confirm that, then that would be wonderful. As soon as I can confirm what type of clouds these are, I'll place it into an article as an example. Thanks. I, Tewy created the images.

Also, while we're here, is there any chance for the best of these photos to become a FPC? Tewy 01:49, 26 June 2006 (UTC) says: "It's almost Friday"[reply]

  • Comment. I'm not sure about cloud types, but I can say that they probably wouldn't make FPC, they're too grainy. --Pharaoh Hound 11:57, 2 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
