This one-day article needs looking at just because it's an obscure civil engineering topic (civil engineering topics shouldn't be obscure, but they are). Some concerns off the top of my head...
- Additional categories?
- What pictures should I use, when most of the system is underground? I suppose I could do the reservoirs...
- There's no one that can really take credit for such a large, complicated, long project. How should attribution go?
