SCP - Containment Breach edit

I want to know what needs to be improved in order to make this a good article.

Overall I think the article is a solid start, but there's a lot of work to be done yet for it to meet GA quality.

  • The cleanup templates I think cover the main issues.
    • Wikipedia articles should be comprehensible to a general audience. The best way to think about it is to put yourself in the shoes of someone who maybe doesn't play video games much or at all, and doesn't know what SCP is. Right away the article starts hitting you with SCP jargon and stuff that doesn't have context or relevance to a casual reader. You should introduce the topic logically, and cut out as much detailed stuff as possible in the interests of making it accessible. Looking at what sources cover is a good way to make sure you're not going into fannish details.
    • In the same vein, the article has a lot of run-on sentences, where too much information is trying to get crammed into too little punctuation. I wouldn't worry about prose until the very end of polishing the article, but it's worth noting.
    • The plot summary should get cut down to ideally fewer than 700 words.
  • The article heavily relies on very weak and possibly unreliable sources. I suggest consulting WP:VG/RS as a guide for sources to use and which ones to not, and you can use the custom google search to find suitable sources for inclusion.
