I've listed this article for peer review because I would like it to reach FA status. It started off as a hagiography-like essay and was later developed to be a balanced article that addresses all the important (documented) aspects of an imperfect pioneer journalist. At least two experienced editors left their marks on the article; it still needs to be formally appraised to check if indeed it fits FA criteria (or GA at least).

- The article looks like it could easily become at least GA but there are some things I worry.
- Per WP:Lead, the lead should between two or four paragraphs that serve as an introduction to most sections.
- I'm pretty sure I've been told to avoid red wikilinks.
- If you plan to take it to FA, you will have to archive all the urls.
- Linking google books might cause copyright issues so I suggest removing them.
- Why is there a reference in the second sister? Is it controversial information? If not, I suggest removing it.
Other than that, I think the article is in good state. Also, I've my own peer review here and I would appreciate feedback. Anyways, good luck.Tintor2 (talk) 14:48, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
