I've listed this article for peer review because I have a desire to get this article to Featured article status and any feedback and criticisms of his NASCAR race report are welcome. This is also the final stage in my hopes of achieving the four award.
Thanks, Z105space (Talk to me!) 21:36, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hi there. It looks like the article shouldn't need too much more work for FA status. Here are some thoughts I had.
- First, you might link to the article in 2003_NASCAR_Winston_Cup_Series#Food_City_500. The race above it has "Main article: 2003 Carolina Dodge Dealers 400" at the top and you could do the same for this race.
- Background: Change 'were' to 'was' in "Pontiac, with 24 points, were..."
- Practice and qualifying: Typo for 'anticipate' in Newman quote.
- References: Although the semi-automated peer review's link checker did not report any broken links, there are some broken links that it didn't catch (due to the fact that a custom 404 page is considered by the program to be a working link). Specifically, references 2, 7, 11-12, 15-16, and 21 are broken. Some of these have links to archive.org, but it looks like they are broken as well. You might also look at each link in the References section to make sure it links to what it should - some links, for example, show the current 2015 Sprint Cup schedule and not the historical one that was intended by the citation.
- I should also give the disclaimer that despite my username, I'm not actually Tony Stewart, just a fan of him. Tonystewart14 (talk) 02:28, 9 February 2015 (UTC)
