The San Diego Public Library will be hosting an edit-a-thon during at the San Diego Central Library. All are encouraged to attend, however seating is limited. This will be the 111th Wikipedia meetup in San Diego County.

The San Diego Public Library is seeking experienced users/editors of Wikipedia to assist members of the public in creating a Wikipedia article about a locally historic individual who does not yet have an article. We are looking to work on an article on a subject within the County of San Diego, to the point where it will get on Did You Know on the main page of Wikipedia.
Getting there
editSan Diego Central library is located in East Village, San Diego, and west of Interstate 5. It is encouraged that attendees plan in advance as parking underneath the library is not guaranteed. All library visitors may validate parking to two (2) hours. It is also northeast of the 12th & Imperial Transit Center, making it accessible to multiple San Diego Metropolitan Transit System options.
