Did you know: Although a coincidence, Wikipedia was launched on Martin Luther King‘s birthday 23 years ago on January 15th, 2001.
We celebrate this coincidence each year with the Martin Luther King Jr. Wikipedia Day of Service. Focus: civil and human rights. The event celebrates knowledge sharing on Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects as a form of public service.
This office hour style event, in partnership with Wikimedians of the Caribbean, is an opportunity to answer your Wiki editing questions or simply an opportunity to connect and edit with and editing coach and others.
