8th March is International Women's Day and to celebrate, women in India and Sweden are organizing an edit-a-thon to create and expand articles about notable Indian and Swedish women. The goal of this event is to encourage more women to contribute to Wikipedia and increase representation of articles related to women in science on Wikipedia. Event detailsedit
