Join us at the Clemson Wikipedia-Edit-a-thon! Participants will receive hands-on training about editing and creating wikipedia pages with an eye toward increasing visibility of underrepresented groups on Wikipedia. We’ll have food and experienced Wikipedians who can help you start editing. Please bring a laptop or tablet.
What to expect edit
This is a gathering for anyone, from seasoned contributors to people who are wanting to know more. Anyone can contribute. No Wikipedia editing experience necessary; as needed throughout the event, tutoring will be provided for Wikipedia newcomers. If you are unfamiliar with Wikipedia, you can get a head start with this this training module.
