Wikipedia:Intensive Care Unit/Dr. Katherine Siva Saubel

Dr. Katherine Siva Saubel (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) — (ICU)

A user has added this article twice. The first time it was speedily deleted. This time she has placed some references, but the editor clearly is a neophyte to Wikipedia. On the article's talk page, as well as the editor's talk page, I suggested that she might want to trim the article down to a few paragraphs until it could be helped, then re-add the additional content later. The article suffers from formatting issues, problems with citation style, and a conflict of interest leading to a rather biased POV, overall. ++Arx Fortis (talk) 00:56, 9 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I trimmed the article quite a bit per the original editor's revision on her talk page. Added wikilinks and pushed the references to the bottom. Still needs some work and better citation style. ++Arx Fortis (talk) 02:33, 9 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have seen that Katherine Siva Saubel redirects to Dr. Katherine Siva Saubel. I believe this is the wrong way round and that the page title should not carry the "Dr" title. This is covered in the guidelines for academic bios. I can't remember how to make the change, so if someone else could, it would be good. Itsmejudith (talk) 12:02, 9 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
If the move could be made, then I'd say the patient is ready to discharge from the Unit. She could be moved into a convalescent ward, i.e. an appropriate WikiProject could be asked to take care of her. Itsmejudith (talk) 12:10, 10 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed. the article is in much better shape now. ++Arx Fortis (talk) 19:18, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
