Please add a detailed non-free use rationale for each article the image is used in, which must also declare compliance with the other parts of the non-free content criteria, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.
Please do not use this template to tag non-free icons of computer software. Such items should be tagged with {{Non-free computer icon}} template.
Regarding uses other than in the original article: Check the non-free use criteria and do not assume that existing rationales can be simply copied and pasted, as they may not necessarily apply.
To patrollers and administrators: If this image has an appropriate rationale please append |image has rationale=yes as a parameter to the license template.
Any derivative work based on the logo would be a copyright violation, so replacement with any other free image would not be possible.

Thank you, Rich, does this suffice? Happy to provide more context.
{{Non-free use rationale
| Description = This is the current NetApp logo in its 2020 iteration. It has replaced the logos which are featured in the different country-version NetApp articles on Wiki.
| Portion = Whole image containing logo in full (NetApp arch plus company name)
| Low_resolution = Low resolution image can be provided as required
| Purpose = The NetApp articles on the different countries' Wiki articles should display the correct, current logo. At the moment, all the logos in the articles have been discontinued and should not be displayed anymore.
| Replaceability = The logo is created and registered by NetApp in its 2020 version. No other version is compliant, so there is no replaceability.

Surgical Technologist's OR back table set up for a laparoscopic hemicolectomy
This upload request has been declined. Please do not modify it.
This request for upload has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the submission text.
Description: This image shows an example of a surgical technologist's set up of their OR's back table/mayo stand, for a laparoscopic hemicolectomy procedure.
License: This would be fair-use. The image is "protected by copyrights" and "intended for your personal, noncommercial use". This photo is under the "Free Setups" and is available to anyone without being a member. I have also been unsuccessful in searching for a similar picture that is free to use or has the appropriate copyright, that is NOT an obviously staged/photoshoot setup. The photo I am hoping to upload, is a genuine surgical technologist's set up in a real operating room.
Author/Copyright Holder's Name: No name for the author or the copyright holder is given.
Article To Be Used On/Reason For Upload: The Wikipedia page for "Surgical Technologist", has 4 pictures but they are all only of a surgical tech personnel. I think in order to understand more of what a surgical technologist actually does, a picture of an OR back table/mayo stand paints a better picture of just how many instruments and equipment, attention to detail and organization, is needed to be a surgical technologist.
File upload request declined. One part of our policy on fair use specifies that all fair use images must either "be the subject of sourced commentary" or "where only by including such non-free content, can the reader identify an object, style, or behavior". This image is not the subject of sourced commentary. Additionally, as you alluded to above, there are "obviously staged/photoshoot setup" free images available which, while less than ideal, allow the reader to identify the objects in question. Even if the free use is inferior to the fair use version, Wikipedia's policy is that we still cannot use the fair use version. Luckily, we have many free images of surgery ready for use. You should also feel free to submit a new request for upload of some of the staged photos you alluded to above. Happy new year, HouseBlastertalk 23:48, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
