John Philip Sousa's Semper Fidelis March, the official march of the United States Marine Corps. Performed by the United States Marine Band in June 1909.

Would you believe there was no Sousa in his article BUT the unedited Stars and Stripes forever? That had to change.

Support Good recording for a 1909 cylinder. What is unusual is that unlike many marches recorded at a tempo too fast for marching, this is at a parade march tempo of 120 bpm, and allows the texture of the underlying parts be be heard better.
