High-res image. 4500+ px wide, restored.

Reason: Higher resolution version is available now, although its still below the 1500px mandate I am asking for a degree of consideration here, as this was a momentous historical moment for the U.S. which marked the completion of what had been up till that time the largest engineering project ever undertaken.
