Original – Portrait de Félix Fénéon by Paul Signac 1890. Fénéon apparently wasn't happy that Signac hadn't painted him full face; anarchists, so hard to please.

Reason: Look at it; what's going on? Undoubtedly fabulous; I'm sure all the hippy swirls mean something; maybe; perhaps he was just experimenting with Divisionism.
