Original – Moulin Rouge performer Paulette del Baye, as photographed for fashion magazine Les Modes

Reason: Quite a nice example of fin de siecle fashion photography. Grainy - it's either a lithograph or a very, very high quality half-tone - but the original photo wouldn't have been in colour, so that's the compromise.
