Original – German propaganda poster from World War I, showing a ghost with his arm wrapped around a soldier. The German-language caption is: "So hilft dein Geld Dir kämpfen! In U-Boote verwandelt, hält es Dir feindliche Granaten vom Leib! Darum: zeichne Kriegsanleihe!", which roughly means "Your money will protect you! U-Boats stop artillery from getting through! So: Buy War Bonds!"
