  • Oppose - Poor quality, both of them. Alvesgaspar 08:06, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • Thanks for your vote, I thought it had gotten quiet round here! When you say 'poor quality' are you referring to the painting itself, or the scan? Obviously there is a lot of wear and tear owing to its age, which is cropped on the second version. Pstuart84 Talk 15:14, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • Comment - I am of course referring to the photographic quality. I don't believe in miracles, how can we put a quality image this size in a file much less than 1 Mb (only Fir0002 is able to do that and I really don't know how...)? The files shouldn't be compressed - Alvesgaspar 20:28, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak oppose. Need a higher resolution image with the same quality as the 2nd image. The subject is historically significant enough to be featured, but it needs more work. Cacophony 21:45, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
    • Only problem is who is in a position to create a higher quality scan of the original with a suitable licence? Pstuart84 Talk 22:35, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
