The TOI ref mentions the two films.

The lead provides two references, however table entry refers to only one reference and that one does not mention the required.

I would recommend putting "Year" as the first column, followed by "Title".

Almost all filmography FAC's follow the format of putting title before year. I think it's fair enough.

For footnotes, wouldn't it be nice to say "Khan played/performed" than "He"?

Because this film was released 18 years ago and exchange rates change drastically from time to time, we need to have some adjustments. Have a look at this article to see how this is explained. Not done. When you look at the page there is an obvious difference between columns (such as Title, Year, etc., where you've used column scopes) and the rows (Film titles). As I said earlier, the field containing the row scopes should appear in a single row. Besides, the pipe symbol appearing before it should be replaced by an exclamation mark! Did he "co-write" Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak? The title cards show that he only assisted Hussain.
