Function Summary: Tag talk pages of cricketers with {{reqphoto|sportspeople}} if the article does not have an image or if it contains Image:Cricket no pic.png.

Function Details: Parse all pages in a certain category for an image. If there is an image skip the page and do nothing. If there is no image it visits the talkpage and places {{reqphoto|sportspeople}} directly under the requesting project's banner. In this case Wikiproject Cricket's banner. If the talk page banners are set to "|small=yes" it adds {{reqphoto|sportspeople|small=yes}}. It will not interfere with WikiProjectBannerShells. It will also tag pages that contain Image:Cricket no pic.png. Per a BOTREQ.

Also, from Wikipedia:India I will be adding |image-needed=yes to their project banner if the article does not contain an image.I'm debating whether I should treat SVGs in articles as nothing. That way if an infobox has a flag in it and nothing else it is still tagged as needing an image. That seems the way to go.
