  • An article on a widely referenced topic that seems to have essentially no reliable sources at all. The sources that are listed either don't say what the text claims they say or are self-published. Only one source seems to me to be credible....which is itself an opinion piece that says that the term "Waterfall Model" was never more than a pejorative term for something that never actually existed. In any case, I've been back to the article a few times and there's nothing reliable about it at all. I don't want to start massively editing an article without highlighting that there are no sources.   • Rated as start-class, I would argue that it's approaching C-class. Level-5 vital History article. Focuses almost entirely on slavery during that time period. While the "peculiar institution" was undoubtedly the underpinning of the region's economy and social structure, there are many other events that took place during that time: Indian removal, westward expansion, Mexican-American war, Texas' independence and annexation, the nullification crisis, and so on. IMHO it would be worthwhile to expand the article beyond a focus on slavery as the only thing associated with the Antebellum period to a more holistic reading of the era and its events.
