  1. Oppose I see expanding this into prose (perhaps a history section) to be an enormous effort that I have my doubts we'll fulfill. There are a ton of individual countries here, we can't touch on all of them and most readers will turn to the individual articles should they need more information. The important statistics are conveyed in its current form, so frankly I wouldn't oppose moving the page to "List of European Parliament constituencies" in which case we have a fairly good list-class article that could be expanded to WP:FL.
