Dr. Vikas is the Founder of Harbinger Group, a global tech company that focuses on changing how people work and learn. Founded in 1990, as the CEO, Joshi has noted his wdual passion for tech innovation and workplace diversity. Joshi speaks at global conferences, hosts online roundtables, and contributes to industry publications on technology and business management. His work on learning technology has lead to transformative changes in education, eLearning, and workforce development. Joshi mentors entrepreneurs and researchers. Joshi enjoys reading, movies, poetry, and music, while dividing his time between the U.S. and India.[1]

Dr. Vikas holds a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and IIT, Bombay. His doctoral research in entrepreneurship investigates the co-evolution of technology firms and founders. American Educational Research Association has awarded the top spot for this scholarly work on how entrepreneurs learn and develop.
