(edit conflict) I have no opinion on Rosa Törmänen (and it wouldn't matter; see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. Maybe that page should be nominated for deletion). Regarding Draft:Eeva Sarlin, there are clearly defined criteria that make it likely that a cyclist is notable (beyond meeting the general notability guideline, which of course works too), namely WP:NCYC. I do not see that Sarlin meets any of those criteria (the UCI recognizes three different Finnish national champions? Citation needed), and the article doesn't show she meets the GNG. You can see it on this page here which also shows the Subject name under Women Elite - Omnium & Women Elite - Points Race. ( Zuuring89 (talk) 16:50, 6 February 2019 (UTC) ) I've found a few extra sources to show the results (they are in Finnish however) from these races, as well as adding in another UCI competition that she competed in. It really seems like there are a number of missing Wiki pages for Female cycling which can make providing proper citation difficult. I am simply looking to get an athlete page online. as Eeva Sarlin is also a member of the National Finnish Cycling Team.

Other Wikipedia pages on female cycling wouldn't help in providing proper citations for this page. Wikipedia doesn't consider itself a reliable source; one article should not cite another.
