Stop adding On Desperate Ground everywhere

Please stop adding the book On Desperate Ground everywhere. It only appears to be relevant to the Battle of the Chosin Reservoir. If it contains any useful information not already covered then feel free to add the detail to relevant pages and use it as a properly cited ref, but don't just bomb Korean War pages with it as it looks like you're just trying to promote the book.
