Proposed deletion of Gakkyū Hōtei edit

The article Gakkyū Hōtei has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Advice edit

While I appreciate your effort in creating a page for this series, it's only a month or so old. This means that the series has not established any real world notability sufficient to justify an article. Manga series need time to develop notability such as critical reception, which can't be achieved this quickly. The minimum time it usually takes for this is about 6 months (such as My Hero Academia). Articles for new shows in Jump (or any magazine) are always judged on this, as they can easily end after a short time due to a lack of popularity. It is better to wait, or to keep working on the article in your own userspace instead of rushing to create an article. SephyTheThird (talk) 21:35, 24 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, I was just trying to leave a sort of beginning point, in case it does in fact gain popularity. I was also a bit too enthusiastic to create an article because most things already have articles by the time I get to them... User:Zoruila
