Hi, I noticed you've reverted the Mitel article twice from the much larger version to this shorter one that was written by User:Danielle mcneil. Is there any specific reason for your actions? Plasma east 15:28, 16 August 2006 (UTC)

Hi. I represent Mitel. Danielle McNeil works in my group. As we are in our registration process, I have been asked by our legal department to replace the previous content with a standard company boilerplate and link to the Mitel website. This would be in keeping with similar content for our competitor Avaya which is found on Wikipedia. Also, information on sales, number of employees is dated. Trust we can work this out.
Welcome to Wikipedia... Please remember to sign your posts using the four tildas. As a non-administrator without access to IP addresses, how do I know that you really work for or represent Mitel? I have no vested interest in the article, aside from protecting the edits of previous contributors but I don't think a corporation is able to usurp this content with its own, therefore if you want to overwrite previous content, you'd have to take it up with Wikipedia administrators. You'll notice that there are edits for thousands of corporations on this site. Plasma east 21:41, 16 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
