Deletion of THE Prabal Kumar Basu

Please Don't delete the article namely "Prabal Kumar Basu". Let me know the process what to do to improve the article. I will link the references with the article. I have removed the external links. Within few days I will edit the external links with connection to the main article. Please give me some time to these editing. As per my best knowledge all the datas given in the article is genuine. I am doing only useful edits to Wikipedia and will always continue to do so. I don't have any connection with anyone for any work I do. I guess there is some problem with my area IP range which has caused this problem. It is a very populated area. Please review my request. I hereby declare:

that the block was not necessary to prevent damage or disruption. This block is no longer necessary because I have understood the issue for what I blocked for, I will not do it again, and I will make productive contributions instead. I only conduct (under any account or IP address) is not connected in any way with the block (this can happen if a block is aimed at resolving a separate situation and I am unintentionally blocked as a result because I use the same IP range. I understand now why I have been blocked. It is due to I commented keep vote without checking COI editing on Kelvin Wu article. I really don't know that this article has COI issues. I just gave Keep vote on the basis of seeing above references. I don't have any personal intention to save that article nor do I have a connection with that person and other wiki editors. Please have a look at the wiki contributions I have only intended to provide good-faith work in Wikipedia. And I still want to do it. Please have a look at my request. From now on I will be more careful in AFD voting. I again define that I don't have any connection with Kelvin Wu and other editors. I do edit in Wikipedia for good faith. I suppose I should add a note here. I am always happy for others to independently review any block I perform. I contend that this user does know the other participants noted in the block log, and in all likelihood the other blocked user who voted keep in the AfD (and possibly some other accounts).
