I've found the correct articles for your citations and put them into the article. Good work on getting one of them almost right. The syntax is arcane, I fear. Happy to hold your hand on this, but I can't deal with the content, that is not my field. Fiddle Faddle 10:05, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Good second try on citations. Please, though, do try harder. I am assuming you work in a complex and rigorous discipline, so please bring that rigour to your articles.

With regard to the nomination, below, as a copyright violation, I am as certain as I can be that the MD article is also one, but I have not yet been able to find it. Please be aware that it WILL go if it is found to be in breach of copyright, and that adding copyright items to Wikipedia is both forbidden and will most definitely result in your being blocked from editing here.
