Request reason:

I don't understand what I am posting that is causing you to come to this conclusion. The Associated Press has picked up the stories I am referencing about the Trophy Club MUD and the Fort Worth Star Telegram is one of the largest papers in the United States. Everything I am posting is factual, relevant and properly cited. Please identify any information you feel is not properly cited or factual and I will delete it. Decline reason:

You recreated an article previously deleted (multiple times) for violating WP:A7. You made no attempt to establish notability, at least as far as I could see, on that article, nor did you follow WP:UNDEL (though that is certainly understandable, as you are apparently a new user who may not have known about the deleted article). Since the topic we are discussing has been picked up by the Associated Press and the permit hearing is the first of its kind, I would like to have an opportunity to contribute the information that is available in the public domain. Please unblock me. I haven't posted anything that was not verifiable, accurate and noteworthy.ZeroSugar (talk) 14:51, 23 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your only activity here has been to recreate a page which has previously been created and deleted under several different titles over a period of years by a number of accounts, at least one of which is blocked and at least some of them have been used by the same person. You had access to the exact wiki source of a version of the page which was deleted some time ago. You are evidently either the same person whose account is blocked or someone working in collaboration with that person. Your unblock request makes it clear that your only intention is to create the same page yet again. Unblocking you would not benefit the project. Request reason:

As you stated, I only recreated a deleted page. Why would I be blocked for using a deleted page as a template in a sandbox? I don't understand your "evidently" reasoning. I haven't broken any rules and permanently blocking me for "evidently" being someone you disagree with seems unfair. Please restore my editing privileges. I haven't done anything wrong and the topic is definitely "notable" as evidence by its repeated coverage in local, state and national news outlets. I sense I walked into the middle of someone else editing war and became a casualty of friendly fire. Please help me. ZeroSugar (talk) 16:15, 26 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

You're going to need to explain how it is that your first edit here was a sandbox creation that exactly matched the content of a deleted article from two years ago, including the wikimarkup and tags added by other users to the previous version... Yunshui  07:25, 27 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I found this template from a google search. It is available at http://speedydeletion.wikia.com/wiki/Trophy_club_MUD. It appears to be obsolete and not completely accurate but I was permanently blocked before I ever got to work on it in the sandbox. By leaving the wikimarkup I assumed I was being transparent. Again, I believe I am being loaded down with the baggage of someone elses editing war. Why don't you allow me to edit in sandbox mode an review the product before permanently blocking me from editing when I haven't broken any rules. ZeroSugar (talk) 15:16, 27 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

I'm scratching my head at this whole thing. Why is this topic off limits to Wikipedia? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Municipal_utility_district. I don't think anyone could make an argument that the coverage of the topic so far is adequate or even accurate. The only controversial park of the delete wiki appears to relate to the environmental topics however the wording and citations are almost precisely that of other pages that don't appear to resulting in people permanently losing editing privileges. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ExxonMobil#Environmental_record, for example. What is going on here? ZeroSugar (talk) 18:42, 27 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Just for my understanding, I hope you will answer a question for me about the content in question. Is it your assertion that this article posted in the Fort Worth Star Telegram and carried by the associated press is fake news? The Trophy Club MUDs compliance problems appear to be the only content that could even remotely considered controversial. Do you have some insight into this topic that I do not have that would make any reference to it unnotable, patent nonsense? Thanks for any information you can give me. I actually just got the go ahead to publish an article for the Dallas Observer about the issue and if any of you truly know something about the topic that is not in the public domain I would love to incorporate your information.
