Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Nike timeline. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Acroterion (talk) 04:28, 11 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I gather you don't like Bowerman, and you're making sure it's evident in your edits to the encyclopedia? Please read WP:SOAP and WP:COATRACK - you appear to be placing your personal opinions into articles. Acroterion (talk) 04:29, 11 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

I have no personal feeling about Bowerman. I am simply passionate about ACCURATE information. Due to your normative and pro-corporate editing practices, many of the articles you have been involved with have inaccurate and/or slanted information. This is where people come for information that has NOT been bought and paid for. This trust relationship breaks down when an administrator like yourself, who HAS been bought and paid for short-circuits the ability of conscientious people to edit entries. Zacharyalanstewart (talk) 21:20, 11 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Accusing another editor of being an undisclosed paid editor is a very serious charge and is not acceptable unless you present solid evidence. You have not done so. You say you are passionate about accuracy but you are using garbage blog sources that violate our reliable source requirements. In addition, you are editorializing in what ought to be neutral encyclopedia articles. These behaviors are unacceptable and you must abandon them if you want to keep editing. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 21:40, 11 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

It is also quite disturbing that the content of the article in question does not correspond to historical information released by Nike or the Onitsuka company. Acroterion should not be deleting edits without first checking the veracity of the content itself. That kind of willfully ignorant editing perpetuates false information. Acroterion did not question my sources or the information in the article. I respect that Cullen328 did so. It is a minimum requirement of intellectual honesty that one actually digests the information at hand before despoiling it. Zacharyalanstewart (talk) 21:57, 11 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

"Historical information released by Nike or the Onitsuka company" would be primary sources, and usage of such sources should be kept to a minimum, and should include nothing self-serving. See WP:SELFPUB. Well written Wikipedia articles are based mostly on what reliable, independent sources say about the topic. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 00:43, 12 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Cullen, you seem to have misread my previous post.

Then, please clarify what you meant to say. Thank you. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 06:53, 12 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
