Request reason:

i request my account and ip be unblocked. the claims made against my account were the result of an "edit war" with another wikipedian, whom i believe to be the proprietor of the article in question. I do not believe I have broken any of wikipedias policies. In fact many of my changes to the article were to revert bias changes and / or to simply comment on the discussion page. Please see the discussion page on said article if you require reference.

Decline reason:

Failure to address stated reason for block. Why this was reported to SPI is immaterial if the results of a Checkuser come back positive, and they did. — Daniel Case (talk) 05:13, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
