Help me! edit

Please help me with... Trying to move User:YourUsernameWillBePublic/sandbox to Islam in the Arctic as part of Category:Islam by region YourUsernameWillBePublic (talk) 03:46, 24 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Your account is still too new for you to be able to make this move yourself.
One way to go is to submit it for AfC review. Just add the code {{subst:submit}} to the top of the draft and click 'Publish changes'. Review can take a while, but your draft seems to be in pretty good shape in terms of having actual references. Still, it seems awfully dependent on that first one. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 05:21, 24 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

July 2020 edit

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! BlueMoonset, I've asked a question on the nomination's entry. This looks doable depending upon the answer, and quite easily. Fiddle Faddle 18:38, 20 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

DYK for Islam in the Arctic edit

On 3 September 2020, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Islam in the Arctic, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that despite an extensive history of Islam in the Arctic, the first mosque (pictured) in the Canadian Arctic was only built in 2010? You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Islam in the Arctic), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Sakto moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Sakto, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. 1292simon (talk) 08:41, 8 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
